The Parks Condition Assessment Report (PCA Report) is a summary of the site condition and recommended improvements for all parks owned by the Department of Recreation and Parks. It includes general information about each facility’s site history, building(s) information and recreational features. It provides information on previously completed, current, and recommended facility improvements.
The PCA Report covers assessments of over 16,000 acres of parkland at 559 park sites in the City of Los Angeles including regional parks, recreation centers, pools and bathhouses, senior centers, lakes, trails, picnic areas, and playgrounds.
The PCA Report was completed in July 2018.
